Adam Silverman

Adam helps plan and organize each site with our team, then digs in as the “finisher” to bring the sites to life with the end-user in mind. He takes a very holistic view of the website building process, minding the details but also making sure that everyone involved — our clients, their customers, and their prospects– gets the very best online experience possible.

After working for 12 years as a professional drummer (the tapping makes more sense now, right?), Adam decided to do an about-face. He immersed himself in the art of coding: reading books, watching tutorials, and gaining real-life experience in the tech market in order to become one of the most well-rounded pros in the local scene. He has been coding HTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript and developing on the WordPress platform for nearly a decade, building sites small and large for all different types of companies. Prior to joining the Birdsong team, Adam worked for Dogbark.com, a Franklin, TN web hosting company. He holds a BA in Music Performance from McDaniel College.

Adam lives way out in the middle of nowhere with his wife, three kids, and a bunch of gorgeous horses. Even with his self-taught tech career and rigorous musical training background, he says that becoming a father has taught him more about life than anything else, hands down.
